Hi there,
I have a question with regards to Absence for a new employee, who is a part timer.
29 vacation days per year, working 32 hours thus 23.2 vacation days per year.
This works okay for person A who started in 2021.
However I have another part timer working the same hours, he started 1-feb-2022.
He should’ve roughly 21.2 vacation days. 29*(11/12)*80%
However the entitlement says 23.68 for 2022.
Any idea what could be the problem?
