Hi,

so we have a problem that goes beyond just setting new time schedules. In Austria, we need to make sure our time tracking is not only correct on this basis, but we have labour law regulations like that employees are not allowed to track more than 48 hours on average per week within 17 weeks. Is there any solution how we can check that we are compliant with this in an easier way?

Having a weekly info available how many hours were worked per employeewould be also great here.

Thanks!

Hi @Sonnenblume,

Thank you so much for your input on this topic!

Unfortunately, there is currently no way to directly view a weekly info that shows how many hours per week on average each employee has worked. If you think this would be helpful, I invite you to request this feature in the Ideation section of our Community. Click here to see some tips on how to properly submit an idea.

While it does take some extra steps, there might be a little workaround which could be of help: are you familiar with our Custom Reports? You can read up about it in our Help Center Article: Creating Custom Reports. If you create one, you will be able to export it as an excel file. This will give you more control over the tracked hours, and also make it possible to calculate an average.

To proceed, go to
Reports > Custom Reports > Create a Customized Report > Type: Timeframe > Date: select the last 17 weeks > Table columns: approved hours and/or pending hours, and any other attribute that might be relevant for your calculation.

I hope this helps!

Best,
Daniele
