Are you trying to log in to your Personio account, but are not able to do so?

We are happy to share some possible solutions with you!

+Receiving+an+invitation+Email:">📩 Receiving an invitation Email:

Before you can log into your account, your Personio Administrator needs to trigger an invitation email that grants you access to Personio. Please contact your admin if you have not received this email.

 

+“The+username+or+password+that+you+entered+was+not+correct": ">❌ “The username or password that you entered was not correct": 

If you see this message, there are two options:

  • The password you entered does not correspond with the password that is stored for your Personio account. If you don't remember it, click Forgot your password? We will then email you with instructions on how to reset your password.
  • You have changed the email address in your Personio account. Your Personio Administrator needs to trigger a password reset mail to enable you to log in with the new email address.

 

+I+did+not+receive+the+password+reset+email: ">📪 I did not receive the password reset email

  • Please check your spam folder and search for the following sender address: info@m.personio.de.
  • If you still can't find the email, your Personio Administrator can set a new password for you directly in your employee profile

 

+You have+not+received+the+security+token: ">🔐 You have not received the security token: 

In this case, the instructions of the last step also apply.

 

 The+security+token+doesn’t+work:">⛔️ The security token doesn’t work:

  • If you have triggered multiple security tokens, you can only log in with the most recent token you've received.
  • The security token is only valid for 20 minutes. After this timeframe, the token needs to be triggered again.

 

‍♀️+My+account+has+been+blocked:">🙅🏽‍♀️ My account has been blocked:

We block an employee account after three failed login attempts. If this happens, ask your Personio Administrator to reactivate your account.

 

+"Something+went+wrong...": ">🔧 "Something went wrong...": 

If you see this error message, you can check our Personio status page to see if there has been an outage affecting Personio's services.
