What is the Customer Advisory Board?
The CAB consists of 15 HR experts from across Europe who work closely with us for 12 months, gaining valuable insights and helping us shape our strategic development through expertise and feedback. As a member, you can expect CAB meetings with workshops, networking, dinners, discussions, feedback sessions and much more. In addition, you will be in regular exchange with our senior management team as well as other CAB members and have the opportunity to share best practices. Take your chance for more impact!

Who are we looking for?

You have several years of experience in HR and have a senior management position

Your employer has between 200 and 1300 employees and has been a Personio customer for more than 10 months.

You think strategically, like to give constructive feedback and are ready for challenging discussions

You are fluent in English
