Dear Community,

In this section you can discuss and ask questions about On- & Offboarding in Personio (implementation step 10) as well as document templates (implementation step 11).

With Personio’s On-& Offboarding functionality you can ensure a successful and smooth on- & offboarding process for employees joining and leaving your company. You can not only configure individual on- & offboarding steps but also schedule and assign them to the responsible employees. By doing so you can make sure that no important step, such as setting up the workstation for a new employee or returning company equipment in due course when an employee is leaving, is forgotten while keeping a sound overview of all tasks.

In the document area of Personio you have the ability to add documents in your employees’ personnel files and to customize and store document templates in the system.

Besides that, when creating document templates you can make use of placeholders which are filled in automatically, saving you a lot of time and effort.

Hi, we noticed that the document template presets do not work for Weekly hours and daily hours that are not full numbers. The template takes the information correctly from the persons account but gives error due to our daily and weekly hours not being full numbers. I.e. daily hours 7,5h and weekly total 37,5.
So if the inputted value is not a full number (below it was 37,5 or 37.5) the document preview gives following error:

Document preview could not be displayed
