Personio Conversations

Part of the Personio platform, Personio Conversations is designed to help your HR team swiftly solve employee requests, right from the channels they already use – such as Slack and Microsoft Teams. We’d love to introduce you to Personio Conversations – a brand new HR helpdesk solution.

I would know if there is a feature planned to connect Personio with Jira, without using a service such as Zapier. So in-house-solution, or solution with a partner like with and Azure integration?


We realize that there are different situations where collaborating with e.g. an IT team using Jira makes a lot of sense. We're looking into such integrations and how they fit into existing and future use cases within Personio, so we'll bring Jira back to the team for consideration as well!

It is great, please explain how the customer can see the SLO, how does the customer raise a question/problem when we cannot login Personio, and how do we escalate to our account manager.


In case there is an issue with the login (and other specific use cases) a ticket can be filed in the Help Center and a representative will be in touch soon!
