Hello all ๐Ÿ‘‹

Iโ€™m Ana, Product Manager of the brand-new Performance & Development team: Continuous Feedback. In this post Iโ€™ll give you an overview of what we envision for the team and share how you can get involved.

Why Continuous Feedback?

The HR industry is shifting more and more to a continuous feedback approach, ensuring that open, honest, and constructive feedback isnโ€™t happening just at a single time but throughout the year. By enabling employees to have frequent performance conversations, we can speed up their growth, help them to reach their full potential, and increase their engagement and motivation at the workplace ๐Ÿ’›

And this is what we envision for this team:

โ€œDeliver a set of tools that empower employees to easily exchange relevant real-time feedback, driving performance improvements and a successful learning journey.โ€

What are the team opportunities?

We are exploring different ways to enable Continuous Feedback through Personio, some of the core opportunities we have identified are:

  • Instant Feedback: empower employees to ask and provide timely, specific and actionable feedback to any peer.
  • One-on-Ones: schedule frequent meeting (check-in) between employees - typically supervisor and employee - to share updates on progress, development opportunities, and any workplace feelings/challenges.
  • Praise: recognise achievements from peers/teams/departments to a wider audience, boosting employee motivation and a culture of recognition.

How can you get involved as a customer?

The team has been exploring these potential solutions and how companies successfully promote a Continuous Feedback culture, but we know there is no one-size-fits-all approach. Thatโ€™s why we would love to get your input! Some of the topics we are interested in learning more about:

  • How do you incorporate feedback into your company culture?
  • How do employees give feedback to each other?
  • What are the pain points and frustrations of promoting a feedback culture?

And much more!


We are open to speaking to any Personio customer, especially with HR Managers, Supervisors, and Employees at companies with 200 or more employees, and/or with customers that have a feedback culture in place or are interested in incorporating this culture.

The conversation will take around 45 minutes, will happen remotely through Zoom and you donโ€™t need to prepare anything ๐Ÿ˜Š
