Dear Community,

we are very happy that our Ideation area has started so well and that so many of you are sharing your ideas with the whole community and especially with our Product Team.

Writing down ideas is great, but sometimes it can be challenging to find the right words. Have you ever wanted to talk directly to someone who is developing our product?

Here comes the good news - we are introducing you to our Product Feedback Sessions today! 

 

What is a Product Feedback session?

Sometimes called a Customer Empathy session, it's a call with a member of our product team where they will ask you questions about your day-to-day work and use of Personio. Our Product Team sets up these sessions to learn more about your experiences so they can keep users like you top-of-mind. This is one way Personio maintains its customer centricity. Please see the answer to “What can I expect?” below for more information.

 

How are they different from a customer service call?

If you need immediate help or have questions about other parts of Personio, please submit your question in the community.

In Product Feedback sessions, you will have the opportunity to share your thoughts and experiences around a particular product area. Along with your submissions in the Ideation Area, these sessions will be used to help the team plan for and design any updates or new features. However, the team will not be able to create or offer any customized solutions. 

 

What can I expect?

Sessions are typically conducted over Zoom (phone calls can also be accommodated) and last from 30-60 minutes, depending on availability of the product manager or designer. They begin with some introductory questions about your work, followed by questions about your experience with a particular area of the product, and conclude with the opportunity for you to ask questions. There is no need for you to prepare anything in advance. Simply join the call and answer the questions from the product person. 

 

What if I want to join a Product Feedback session about other Personio experiences not related to the areas listed in the boxes below? 

As a pilot, we are starting with these two teams before we roll this out to other teams. Therefore, for now the focus of these sessions will be kept to just those teams.

  5. Employee tracking time, Time Tracking Approvals and Notifications
