Automating People Workflows, the Workflow Hub and New Integrations

Automate your people workflows and keep track of them with these new functionalities:

  • Keep track of your workflows for approvals, on-/offboarding, and signatures in the Workflow Hub and the Workflow Dashboard widget.
  • Manage your identity & access workflows with our new integrations with Microsoft Azure AD and Okta and your absence request workflows with MS Teams and Slack.

Please Note:
The widgets that you can access in the Workflow Hub and the Workflow Dashboard will vary depending on your Personio package and add-ons. To set up and use the new integrations, you need the Enterprise package.

How do I give access to the HR manager to the workflow hub without giving admin rights?

Hi @Caro Sandrin,

currently this feature is exclusive to administrators, but in the next two weeks we will add the option to allow access to the Workflow Hub within employee roles as a separate item.
