We are happy to announce that we have redesigned our Goals feature and moved it entirely under the Performance & Development area. This update allows you to manage employee performance in one place.
Depending on your role and access rights, you can:

View, create and edit goals for yourself, your reports, or for everyone in your organization.

Comment on goals and update their progress.

Export goal-related data with our Custom Reports feature.
Additional features, such as goal-based bonuses, will be available soon.

Note: This feature is available only with the Performance & Development package. The current Goals functionality under the Performance tab in the Employee profile will be discontinued at the end of 2022.
