Dear Community,
Attracting talents and ensuring that your positions reach a wide range of possible candidates can be a daunting task. To help with this challenge, you can use our new Position Auto-Posting Feature to select a variety of international job boards. All of your published positions will automatically be posted for free! The following job boards are currently part of this initiative: LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, Adzuna, Joblift, Jobrapido, Jooble, Talent.com, and Recruit.net.

Where can you activate this?
Just go to Settings > RECRUITING > Recruiting > Promotion and select the job boards that you want to activate for auto-posting. Once activated, all published positions will automatically be posted.
And because we at Personio really like efficiency, we have also introduced two more functionalities in the Promotion Settings tab to save your time and that of your candidates.
What else is new?

You can now attach your position postings on LinkedIn to your LinkedIn company profile. Just insert your LinkedIn Company ID in the Job boards settings.

You can also activate one-click applications for all Indeed postings (auto-postings and multi-postings) with Indeed-Apply. Candidates can then apply to a position on Indeed directly with their Indeed resume.
