Take a look at our new Performance & development section in Personio! The features offered in this section will be part of the new Performance package plan. You can test it for free until the end of March 2022.
In this new section, you can find our new Performance Cycle Builder. This allows you to create, manage and keep track of your performance cycles within Personio. The following functionalities are available:

Create and launch new cycles using the creation wizard

Get an overview of all your draft, in progress and closed cycles via the Cycles overview list

Keep track of the status of all reviews on the cycle details page

Duplicate your cycles to easily create new cycles based on existing settings
