A couple of months ago, we announced the start of the beta test for the new Custom Reports API. After some successful testing, this long-awaited feature is now available for all customers!
You can now create more advanced analytics and reporting through the new API for Custom Reports.
Depending on the endpoint, the new Custom Reports API allows you to:

retrieve a list of all existing custom reports in your Personio account;

retrieve a list of all existing report table columns; and
-
retrieve data of a particular custom report in JSON format.
As an example, you will be able to easily retrieve historical employee data, and to retrieve the number of overtime hours your employees worked in a specific month.
Navigate to Settings > Integrations > API credentials to generate new API credentials for Custom Reports. You can find further information as well as technical tutorials in our Developer Hub.
Note: the Custom Reports API is available with the Professional and Enterprise plan.
