Dear Community,

In the following video, My colleague Maria Laura gives you some tips and tricks on how to prepare before introducing Personio to your company and explains how change management process works. :rocket:

Attached to this post, find a chart that you can use as an example of how to chronologically plan individual activities in parallel to the Personio implementation and before and after the roll-out.

Also, for more information on how to finalize your account setup, you can visit our help center article where we provide you a useful guide that you can share with all the employees on how to use the basic Personio features, such as: how to request an absence or how to track time.

Have you already shared Personio with the rest of your company and have tips or tricks on how to manage the change effectively? We would love to hear your thoughts on the subject!

Kindest regards from Munich,

- Anna

Hi Anna,
thanks for sharing this and the attachment. We are just rolling out Personio for our employees and to be honest it would have been helpful if Personio would have supported us with this work. It would be beneficial to have some material and guides for employees and especially team leads how to use Personio. At the moment there is barely any material available, unfortunately.

Hi @Krista ,

Thank you for reaching out!

We value and appreciate your feedback, and will take this information into consideration.

In this helpcenter article you can find some very useful material that you are free to share with your employees. We will let you know as soon as we have some ‘employee type’ specific information, but for now I would recommend this article and the downloadable handbook found under the Downloads section within it, named ‘Personio Employee Manual (EN).pptx’, which is available in English, Spanish and German.

If you have any other feedback, please do let us know.

Thanks and have a great day!

Best regards,

Laura
