We received lots of questions from those in attendance. Here are the most relevant ones (click on show content below):
Q: Can the forms be edited, while the cycle where it is used, is in progress?
A: Once a performance cycle is launched, you are not able to edit the cycle details anymore, including the forms added to the cycle. You are still able to add and remove employees to and from the cycle :) You can edit your forms in the backend at any time. If a form was added to an ongoing cycle and you perform changes in the backend (e.g. change a wording), this won’t be reflected in the ongoing cycle form.
Q: How to customize your email notifications?
A: The emails notifications can’t be modified, these are pre-set in the system.
Q: What if you don't want the direct supervisor to do the manager review? Any delegation function possible?
A: Unfortunately not. The review has to be written by the supervisor.
Q: Is it possible to have an overview (as HR and/or Supervisor) to see when the reviews have taken place?
A: At the moment, you can only see when the feedback got submitted via the email notification received. We are happy to forward this as a feature insight to our product team.
Q: Can employees themselves choose the peers who give them a review in a cycle?
A: Unfortunately not, it would have to be the supervisor chosing the peers.
