We are happy to present to you our second partner in the new Meet Our Partners format. As you already know, this format will regularly give you the chance to meet our integration partners, connect with other peers and share how you’re making use of the tool!
ℹ️ When we’re speaking of “Integration Partner”, what does that actually mean? Those are software companies, which have additional functions to Personio and build an integration to our system. You can find them listed on our marketplace.
Without further ado, let me introduce you to this month's partner.
Meet Our Partner ZEP
ZEP is a flexible and customizable software for efficient time tracking and project management. Whether on terminals, in the web browser or conveniently in the mobile app - ZEP can be used for pure working time tracking as well as time tracking, controlling and invoicing of complex project business in one holistic solution. With its modular structure, ZEP can be adapted to different requirements and offers modules for travel expense management, resource planning or invoicing. ZEP is not limited to any number of users and is used by freelancers and teams from different industries from 1 to +1000 users.
Integration with Personio
The integration enables companies to sync employee data from Personio to ZEP. New employees are automatically created in ZEP when they are added in Personio - for a smooth and efficient onboarding process. Existing employee data is updated automatically and therefore does not need to be updated in two systems. In addition, all time bookings, including statutory break regulations and absences managed in ZEP, are automatically transferred to Personio. The integration works in both directions to achieve maximum flexibility in absence management and time recording.
