The "Find Answers" section is the central location for all support resources and connects you with the right contacts at Personio. Your data is therefore secure, as only certain colleagues can access the offerings and submit support requests.
Important for you: There are no more support email addresses and phone numbers as first contact points.
Our service team is, of course, happy to assist with support requests from authorized individuals, who are now called account owners and contract owners (formerly support and instruction authorized employees). This way, you will receive advice from experts in the respective subject area.
