Hi all 👋
My name is Sofia and I’m a Product Manager at Personio, working on our Training Management product. I’m excited to share our latest release where you can now enable employees to sign up for training and in addition from now on employees can see their own planned courses and history of training.
Until recently, only training admins were able to add and invite employees to a training session. We heard from many of you that it would be beneficial to be able to allow employees to sign up for training by themselves. In addition, you were lacking the visibility on employees’ side since they did not have the visibility of their own planned courses or which training they had already done in the past.
To offload the manual work from training organisation and empower employees, it is now possible to publish courses with a defined number of seats available for the company. Employees are then able to browse and sign up for courses plus have an overview of their planned courses and history of training.
