Have you ever wanted to give feedback to a colleague but did not know how to do it using Personio? If so, we have you covered! We have redesigned our Feedback section in the Performance & Development area to include a new brand feature: Continuous feedback.
You can now:

Send proactive feedback to any employee in the organization, at any time.

Save drafts of your feedback to work on at a later stage.

View and write all feedback in one place, including proactive feedback and feedback related to performance review cycles. Depending on your role and access rights, you can also view feedback received by your direct reports or by any employee in the organization.
Note This new feature is only available with the Performance & Development package. The current Feedback feature under the Performance tab of the employee profile will be discontinued in January 2023 for all users without the Performance & Development package.
