Dear Community,
Do you manage many employee roles in Personio, and often find yourself having to manually adjust the custom access rights for each of them?
Don’t worry, you no longer need to do that.
We have improved the custom filter functionality in the Access rights area of Personio, making it possible to copy custom filter rulesets across different Access rights sections within the same employee role.
You can do so by navigating to the Set custom view rights for… window (Settings > People > Employee roles > Access rights > [Any section] > Custom).
The new functionality is as follows:

When creating a new filter, you can copy the ruleset from any existing custom filter within the same employee role. You can do so by clicking the new Copy from existing button. You can still apply further adjustments if necessary, and save the new filter with one click.

You can reset your work in progress on a custom filter by clicking the new Reset button. You can discard unsaved changes and restore the filter to the most recently saved configuration at any time.
