We are happy to announce that we made some enhancements and added new features to the Performance tab in your Employee profiles.
In the near future*, you will be able to view all Performance-related topics at a glance. The update includes the following:
- Easy Performance management
- Improved Feedback section
- Quick creation of performance meetings
- Up-to-date display of targets and their progress
With the new template categories, you will now be able to directly add Feedback without necessarily linking it to a meeting.
