Hi 

 

We have a senior leader who works part time in each of our sub-companies. He, therefore, accrues different days because of local legislations for both sub-companies. Is there a way I could assign 2 vacation policies to him?

Since it is only possible to add one accrual policy per absence type, I would recommend either creating an extra absence type for this employee with the extra accrual policy, or following our suggestion for vacation entitlement for part-time employees in the help center:
