We have sso enabled for all users at the moment but we haven't enforced it. Can I have MFA with Google Authenticator showing for the system admins and have SSO enabled for the rest of the team? When I went to the Settings function and looked at the security settings for the Admin role, it already had 2FA ticked so I’m not sure if it is possible to have a mixture, and how to do it.
We have 2 issues we would like to discuss with you.1. Currently we noticed that if we login as manager or supervisor, the person cannot view employees' Goals, ergo there is no ''view'' button option in the system that we can tick for the supervisor. In the past this View button was in the system.2. We also noticed that the supervisor / manager can edit the goals of their employees. These persons should not be able to edit the goals of their employees, so this needs to be changed.Could you please help us with both problems? Hi! 👋Any suggestions how we can handle exceptions in the absence tracking?Example: We generally don’t allow employees to take half vacation days, so the absence scheme has been set up accordingly. But we want to allow it in exceptional cases in which we (admins) would book half a vacation day for the employee.But how can I do this? My current workaround is to change the absence scheme for vacation days so that half vacation days are allowed, enter the half vacation day for the employee and change the absence scheme again so that half vacation days are no longer allowed. (Hoping that in this two minutes no one requests a half vacation day)I am not happy with this awkward workaround. Is there a simpler solution?I think it would be helpful if admins had more rights/flexibility.
Hello I have prepared the template (saved in Personio already) that should be available for all employees from drop down list when they click “create” on Documents tab, however only admins can see and pick this template.how can I make the template available for all so then they can fill it out and save in Documents thank you
HelloRegarding Time Tracking I have some questions. On the days that employees are having vacation you still have to do time tracking. That seems really strange to us. You don’t see these holidays in your calendar.. Bank holidays you do see.Is there an other option so they don’t have to track time if they are having holidays and that holidays and sick leaves are visible in de attendance calendar?
Hi,Is it possible to assign more than one role/position to an employee. So if they spend 50% of their time working in one area and the other 50% in another can we allocate? If, yes, can we also assign different supervisors for each of those roles?
Does anyone know if you can extend a deadline (for self-review and/or manager reviews) in Personio, or does the system not allow for completion after the set deadline?If it’s the latter (not allowing extension to the set date), what is the best way to move forward to ensure those who missed the deadline can still submit their reviews/forms?Many thanks!
In the onboarding area, it would be nice to be able to view all of the steps that go with each topic in the template. For instance mt template may consist of many steps, but the steps may be labeled (eg. HR 1st day takes) under that there could be several checkboxes, but in the template you can only see the overall label and not what is included. You then have to toggle back and forth from template to step to see if what you are editing is already there etc….
Hi Personio,We have a few Absence Types that get approved By Supervisor and then approved by HR.We have an issue in that when anyone looks at the approved request it just shows the Last Approver, i.e HR?Is there anyway to view the approval history or display all the approvers? Thanks,Noelle
Electronic signatures in PersonioThe simple electronic signature does not specify any detailed identification check and has no security value. It is simply electronic data that is attached to the document or logically linked (e.g. a scanned signature that has been inserted). Where can I find where and how to insert a pre-scanned signature? And how does it look like on the document. I have a problem with the fact that when I sign on my computer or on my phone, it is very different from my actual signature, so I would like to use my pre-written signature when signing contractsKind regards,Karin

Hello!We have several accounts with access to Personio that are external to the company and that provide us with HR services (payroll, recruitment,...)We need them to have access so that they can access the information they need to do their job. This is a problem for us because:- The metrics of our HC are wrong- By integrating Personio with other tools, the system incorporates these people.Would it be possible to create a different type of access for people outside the organization? Hi there, does anyone else miss the position categories in recruiting? Previously, I had all of my jobs sorted per department so it was easy for me to navigate directly to the position I wanted and I could close the categories so my view wasn’t overloaded. Now I see all open positions and need to scroll sown a list to find the position. I am NOT a fan of this, PLEASE bring back the categories. Am I missing something? If so please let me know.I had an interview with Personio a while back relating to trainings and also requested that the trainings we have in the system can be categorised (mandatory, SW, Tools, Leadership etc. etc.). Hi Community,I’ve been adding some new Phases to our Recruitment settings in Personio.Since I’ve done so, however, I can’t appear to drag and drop them into my desired order.The mouse icon does change to✋🏼(hand) icon for me to grab when I hover over the six dots but I can’t move it - I can’t move any of them.
Hi,We have a Director who wants to be able to view the performance and Goals of employees that report to his direct reports. (So essentially anyone that is under him in the reporting structure). Currently I only see a way to set someone up to see only “direct reports” or “all”. Even the custom fields don’t seem to help. Is their a way to grant access so that someone can see anyone under them, but not peers, and not anyone above them?
It has been brought to our attention that, when in an individuals profile, you can see holiday in hours on the monthly view but not the annual view.I have attached screen shots as an example.I have looked through the different settings options but cannot see which setting would affect this.Can anybody offer any help?Many thanks

Under the “absences” category of a member one can view the total remaining holidays, which is the number of holidays neither taken nor planned. This number unfortunately does not seem to be available as a column option in the members list, though. Is there a way to show remaining holidays in the members list directly?
