Personio Conversations - combining two or more requests in one
Hi,Is there a possibility to combine two (or more) requests in one - attach additional related requests/tickets together to an initial request which was received as first? I know there is an option to create a “project” putting together several requests and have several team members assigned to it, but I have in mind one topic that is being discussed between the same requestor and one of the experts (a simple request, not a project as such).
Dear all, it seems that when logging onto the account we get straight to the personal page and not the starting page. Is there some setting to get to the starting page instead?Would make more sense I guess as this is where my tasks are and after all it is called “starting page”ThanksMarc
Best practice for using Personio across multiple countries
Hi there, We recently rolled out Personio in our HQ and are looking at options to use it in our country offices - 3500 staff across around 15 countries. Can anyone share their set-up or tips for managing across multiple locations? Areas I’m particularly interested in are:Do you have all countries managed in one Personio account or are they decentralised?If you manage through one, do the local HR teams modify the settings etc or is that all managed at your HQ?Have you managed to restrict access for your local HR users so they can’t accidentally modify the settings for everyone?! I’d really welcome advice here as I’m trying to visualise how it would all work. Would we be creating a monster if we had everyone in the one instance?!
Bug: Not being able to see the top bar with categories of my employees
Hello community, a hiring manager contacted me that they can't see the top bar when viewing an employee's profile (see photo). I am guessing this is some sort of bug since I as admin don't have the problem. Has anyone had this problem and know how to fix it?Thanks in advance! Nadja

2FA and SSO
We have sso enabled for all users at the moment but we haven't enforced it. Can I have MFA with Google Authenticator showing for the system admins and have SSO enabled for the rest of the team? When I went to the Settings function and looked at the security settings for the Admin role, it already had 2FA ticked so I’m not sure if it is possible to have a mixture, and how to do it.
Upgrading Plan not allowing me to do so.
Hi there, I need to urgently upgrade our plan and have followed the steps under plan & billing. Unfortunately, I do not see any payment option allowing me to upgrade so nothing is happening. I am both the contract owner and the account owner. What do I need to do? Please help urgently - our plan is for 150 employees and we are now at 147 active employees. Thanks!Cheers,Linda
External users of Personio: different type of access for people outside the organization
Hello!We have several accounts with access to Personio that are external to the company and that provide us with HR services (payroll, recruitment,...)We need them to have access so that they can access the information they need to do their job. This is a problem for us because:- The metrics of our HC are wrong- By integrating Personio with other tools, the system incorporates these people.Would it be possible to create a different type of access for people outside the organization? Language change to english not possible
We are about to implement Personio and received the our personio account in german and after changing the language in the settings, we still have many attributes in german. Some things can't even be changed like nationality. Would it be possible to just reset everything and send me the English version of Personio? It is very frustration.
Plans to support hybrid identity (aka provisioning to onpremises Active Directory)?
According to the section “Current Limitations...” in this article Azure Active Directory – Personio the integration with (Azure) Active Directory is currently limited to pure cloud(-only) environments. Most likely many customers are still running AD onprem and syncing it with Azure AD. In such cases (according to this article: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/app-provisioning/plan-cloud-hr-provision) the so called Azure AD Connect Provisioning Agent can be used to provision accounts from the HR app to Active Directory which is subsequently synced to Azure AD. Typically there is a second component syncing back email addresses and other attributes to HR. Are there any plans to implement this functionality?Cheers,AZITC
