Hello everyone, we would like to know if it is possible to change the colors of the traffic light scale in the feedback template. We also noticed that a feedback provider unfortunately cannot use our preset templates when asked for feedback by an employee. Is there a solution for this?Thank you in advance!Best regards
Hi all,I just created my first Cycle for our Mid Year reviews 2023. One of the template’s question is not correctly phrased and I’d like to change that. I modified the template but it did not modify the form associated to the cycle. Is this normal? Is there a way to fix it please?Thank you,Jean
Hello everyone,I have a question regarding uploading historical data into the Performance & Development tab in Personio. Before we had this tab, we conducted performance and development assessments through other means. Now, we would like to upload these previous responses into Personio to keep all information centralized.Is there a way to upload these historical responses directly into the Performance & Development tab without sending notifications to the employees? We want to avoid any confusion or concern that might arise if employees receive notifications about these past assessments.I appreciate any guidance or suggestions you might have on how to go about this. Hi there! We’re looking into setting up performance cycles on Personio so we can have performance reviews all in one place. We’re hoping to have 2 different cycles: Quarterly & 6 Monthly. This would mean that employees and managers would get notification to fill out feedback every 3 months/6 months. From the playing around I’ve done so far it seems like we can set deadlines but the cycles do not automatically repeat after the deadline?
Hello, we received details of a useful update taking place on 22 August, which will help us easily track performance meetings, something we had been wishing for for a long time! Great news. BUT…We are told that only supervisors and cycle admins can set up review meetings. Essentially for us this means only the most senior members of our organisation or HR . This is not manageable for us (we expect employees to set up their own review meetings).Firstly (for Personio): have we understood this correctly?If so: Does this impact anyone else? I imagine we cannot be the only organisation which expects this? If not: have you thought of any workarounds?I saw a webinar advertised for Thurs 17 Aug, which would presumably cover this but I cannot sign up (the link is out of date) - Personio can this be rectified please so we can join?thank you all in advance!
Hi all!I’ve launched an annual interview cycle with an upward feedback to fill up (I made up the form in the settings and saved it first) but it does not appear for my employees. They do see their forms and also the peer one but not the Upward one. I have no idea what’s the problem here...Any advice?Thanks a lot!!!
Hi there, I have tried and failed to secure our Goals permissions - even customising has no effect. Our Growth Manager doesn’t have any more solutions to offer.Is there a way to turn off the ability for employees (not just supervisors and/or admins, but literally every person in the company) to be able to edit & delete each others’ many Goals. Happy to send photos. Thanks!-Jenny
Hello :) I was wondering if any settings were available to push notifications once a comment is posted in a Goal section. If not possible, it would be something, maybe, to look at.We have more than 40 employees to manage through the Goal module, and we think of using the comment sections for our monthly target information, instead of using classic ways (such as emails). And for now, it seems that the only way to know when someone left a comment in there, is to check ourselves. Thank you in advance, Cheickna
Hi community,I’d like to know if there’s a possibility to delete continous feedback once sent, because we made a test (with a good one haha), but it remains and it was a test to show an employee.Even with the administrator role, it’s not possible. Someone could help me? Thanks in advance!
our works council is not convinced by the performance and development -> FEEDBACK functionality. we urgently need a way to turn off or hide the FEEDBACK BUTTON. all other functions on the tab are great. so please, would it be possible to turn off feedback only?
Hello, is there a way for development at Personio to integrate MS Teams into the Personio Training module Training sessions? When I send an invite for a internal Training session for our employees, I can only add a Teams link into a link box, not generate the link myself in personio. This makes no sense because to generate a teams link, now i will have to schedule a Teams meeting in my own calendar.. Then what is this personio invite for, when I have already created it through Teams and sent the same info through there? It would work very well, if the teams link would be generated directly in the training reservation/invitation email. In the same way as in the recruitment module, when sending an invite to a teams interview, it generates the teams link in personio. That works good and drives its purpose!
We have created a number of forms to use in our performance review cycles.I am trying to add an additional question to the list (this will be the final question).The new question I have created keeps appearing at a random (to me!) place in the list of questions. Is there a way to drag and drop questions so that they appear where you want them to in the form? Thanks for any help you can provide

Hi,Is it possible to remove a request for a review from your feedback section? One of our managers received a request for a peer review and she said it was irrelevant, but now she cannot remove it from her to do section. I looked and I also do not see a fix.Any suggestions?
Hi, I want to add a 360 feedback form - however i dont want this to be done via a cycle as this is a more ad hoc process rather than a cyclical review currently. When i create the form i cant get it to link to the “request feedback” page, when i give feedback, i manage somehow to pull my 360 form through.Any ideas as to what i am doing wrong? Thanks
Hi, we would like to propose the to enable the possibility to open editing and deleting performance feedback form templates for different roles. Administrators are not necessarily part of HR department and creating/editing performance feedback forms is their domain.
hi there, when kicking off a new performance cycle, everyone participating gets an email invitation with the following text. It’s time to fill out your self review. You’ll reflect on your growth and development, and submit the finished review to your manager. How can this be amended? Thanks!
