We have 2 issues we would like to discuss with you.1. Currently we noticed that if we login as manager or supervisor, the person cannot view employees' Goals, ergo there is no ''view'' button option in the system that we can tick for the supervisor. In the past this View button was in the system.2. We also noticed that the supervisor / manager can edit the goals of their employees. These persons should not be able to edit the goals of their employees, so this needs to be changed.Could you please help us with both problems? Does anyone know if you can extend a deadline (for self-review and/or manager reviews) in Personio, or does the system not allow for completion after the set deadline?If it’s the latter (not allowing extension to the set date), what is the best way to move forward to ensure those who missed the deadline can still submit their reviews/forms?Many thanks!

Hi,We have a Director who wants to be able to view the performance and Goals of employees that report to his direct reports. (So essentially anyone that is under him in the reporting structure). Currently I only see a way to set someone up to see only “direct reports” or “all”. Even the custom fields don’t seem to help. Is their a way to grant access so that someone can see anyone under them, but not peers, and not anyone above them?
We use the performance module and did not know that it is also chargeable and has therefore now been switched off for non-users. What can we do to access the data stored there, which is important right now because of the bonus payments for 2022?---------------------------------Wir nutzen das Perfomance Modul und wussten nicht, dass es zusätzlich kostenpflichtig ist und daher jetzt für Nicht-User abgeschaltet wurde. Hi there. We are rolling out a performance cycle this month but I would like to deactivate (or at least remove access) to the other performance options (goals, training and feedback) until later this year to avoid confusion. How do I do this?
Hi all, Unfortunately Personio will discontinue with the Performance tab. This is quite a loss for the companies who used this (free) tab with features. Personio just says: we quit and you should fix the data yourself and if you want to make use of Performance features you need to pay for it. Personio provides information about a data export to save the data from the Performance tab but with this export you get a million of documents and they are all .csv document with a lot of computer language. And there is no manual on how to sort this.[This screenshot was removed, because it contained private data] So this means it’s quite difficult to save the company data from the Performance tab. It feels like Personio leaves us hanging and don’t provide a proper solution. I more and more get the feeling the basic product will be more and more basic and you need to pay for all the ‘extra’ features (which should be standard in my opinion). Any suggestions on how to manage this?
Hi All,I have a little issue, regarding Azure AD sync. We have a user email@example.com witch is created by Personio again and again when deleted in Azure AD, even though we have “corrected” the user to firstname.lastname@example.org in Personio witch is what we use in our Azure AD.The problem is that we don´t see any traces of the user email@example.com in Personio anymore it has already been removed.How do I get rid of this sync error ?Best regards and marry christmas Michaelf
Hi! i have some managers that by mistake assigned them self to the Peer review. This means that now they need to complete the Manager review and Peer review. I tried to remove the Peer review but i couldn't. Does anyone knows how to remove the feedback or to decline it? ThanksMica
Hi,I want to use Personio to conduct a manager and self review for different employees in different teams. and came up with the below problems:when I try to use performance cycles with attached review forms:How can a manager create a performance cycle for his team members, at the same time ONLY seeing his team members’ review results on the cycle page? I have to let the manager role get edit access in the performance and development tab so that managers can create the performance cycles themselves but, in the meantime, it means managers can also see the review results across teams, which we don’t want to. How can I fix that? so I am thinking maybe it will work this way: the manager creates a new performance meeting and attaches a review form that is created in personio, and in the meeting, the manager can fill the form with the employee and save it somewhere (which I am not sure if this can work). but then I can’t attach the form and I don’t know how to publish a form. can you please a
hellois there a reason that deactivated employees are appearing on the Performance & Development list for the line manager? it seems that line managers have on their lists employees who were marked as inactive, however when they go to P&D tab those who used to reporting to them are still on the list, even when they were deactivated and are not with the company anymorehow the lists can be “cleared” to show only active employees? thank you
Hello there, I am testing performance management system currently with the help of many articles. So far, I could enter Goals and custom timelines. But I am unable to set the % of Bonus for myself. Am i missing something here? Can I allocate bonus % for other employees and not for myself? What should i do?

Hi,I couldn’t manage to find more details on the 1:1 feedback meeting settings.The idea is this to be used from HR employees for regular meeting with employees for the general wellbeing and working issues. The input should be visible to HR team only (not with the supervisor or the employee). Also, is there a option for statistic report export, so we could check the general problems or strengths? Or at least report with all feedbacks for all employees in excel? Thank you.Bojana
In the goals section there are 2 boxes that are checked by default. One is for Custom weight, the other is for Manage Edit Permissions. We have feedback that it would be helpful if these boxes were by default “not checked automatically”. Is this a possibility in setting perhaps?
Hi there, I am rolling out the performance feature in Personio but when I want to set up a meeting I am not able to add a template. I get the message “nothing to display”. The templates are available as documents but I can’t add them to the meeting invitation. Any ideas what I may be doing wrong?Thanks!Linda
Hi teamIn our manager assessment forms we would like to include a question ‘Promotion yes or no’ but this should not be shared with employees once the evaluation is shared with them.
