Hi teamIn our manager assessment forms we would like to include a question ‘Promotion yes or no’ but this should not be shared with employees once the evaluation is shared with them. Is there a way to hide this question?Many thanks for your feedback or any idea on how to implement this. Best, Barbara
I have seen that in the performance guide on the blog there are some sample questions. Would it be possible to share through an article or in the same tool performance evaluation templates that we can adapt to our organization and that are associated with one or more Performance reports in which insights can be extracted directly from the evaluations? I think it would be very useful to have resources to carry out the evaluations and it is also critical to be able to generate reports that help us in decision making and strategy development. Currently the Performance reports only allow you to visualize the data related to goals and you cannot generate a report on the evaluation itself. It can be exported to excel but it only presents the data results of scale type questions and not the rest, so it is very poor. Thanks !
Hello there!I am starting to use the performance and development module in Personio. This morning I invited a number of employees to attend a training for the roll-out of the upcoming performance cycle.Unfortunately, we have not linked Outlook to Personio. When I send out invitations I can see if people have declined the session but I do not get any insight into who has accepted in Outlook.I was hoping to be able to track who has declined and accepted, and also the attendance status but it seems as if I will be unable to get that information. Does anyone have a workaround for this? In recruiting I have been setting up interviews twice - in Outlook and also in Personio. This is to keep the transparency in the recruiting section. I would like to have the same transparency around training sessions but at the moment am not sure how to achieve this. Any insights or comments would be helpful!Thanks!Linda
Hellp Personio team,You have quite a few performance tools at Marketplace.My question is if we use external tool for performance reviews and this tool has integration with Personio, do we need to pay for Performance&Development modul at Personio, or will information from the external tool will be shown somewhere else? Hi! I’m Rachel, Head of People at Wonderbly. We recently implemented Personio and I’m excited to have a HRIS where we can store all our performance goals - we’ve been relying on Google Suite for way too long! My question is: how do we create Team Goals and Company Goals? I see that it’s possible to link a new Key Result within a goal to a Team Goal or a Company Goal, so I know it must be possible; I just can’t for the life of me work out how. I know how to configure individual goals through the Performance tab of each individual’s profile. It’s the overarching organisational goals that have me scratching my head. Any help gratefully appreciated!
Hello! We are implementing the new Performance Review Module in our company. But we have faced the issue that employees can’t propose changes in their goals. It is either they have the full right to edit ot they can’t uplaod their goals. Is there a way where we can give the employees the permission to add/edit goals but with the manager receiving a notification that something has been changed? Thank you.
Dear Community,Over the last few months you have heard again and again about innovations in the performance area. Some of you may have found it difficult to keep track of everything. We have summarized again what exactly has changed. 📌 Which features were already available, and are still included in your package?The Performance tab in the employee profile will be available to you until the end of this year. You can use it to fill out individual feedback forms, write performance comments, set up performance meetings, and set target bonuses. The administration of bonuses will be added to the performance package later this year, once they have been revised. Until the end of the year, the features will still be available without the additonal performance package. A solution will be provided to export the performance data prior to the transition. In any case, all those affected will be notified beforehand. ➕ What has been added with the new packageSince April 2022, there is a new package
Hi there, Just going through our implementation process, and i’m looking at setting up a performance cycle/form. We use a quite extensive Annual Review templates which we’d really like to keep using going forward with Personio, and ideally i’d like to upload the template (as an attachment) and send it out using the performance cycle for our employees to download, complete, and then upload when they have completed it. I wanted to check if something like this would be possible?
Hi, In our HR team we have some goals that are shared by multiple colleagues, for example I have a goal regarding our company values that is being shared with another HR colleague. How can we link this together? I can indicate it’s a teamgoal, but I can not indicate who else is working on it? It would seem logical to me that you can indicate who is contributing when you create a new goal?
Dear All, I can see that there is a lot of articles related to performance and have managed to read them through. But it is still a little unclear to me on who can set goals ? Is it only the supervisors or can employees also set their own goals. Right now even though I have given access rights for Supervisiors to edit goals of their own reports , in the system the create goal option is not visible for the supervisors but only for Admin (i.e me) . Am I missing something in the setting ? KRLakshmi

So we have stored certain employee discussions as templates to performance. What happens to them? Where can those be stored in the future if we will not purchase performance module?Thank you! Hi everyone, Wondering if someone can help! I’m trying to set up a performance review cycle. Specifically, it would be from a senior HR employee to a general employee. Since the HR employee isn’t listed as a supervisor, it won’t work as a ‘manager review’, and I don’t want dual sided feedback as in a ‘peer review’. Any suggestions? Basically, the senior HR employee acting as the supervisor just for the purpose of this review. Thank you for the help!
The current situation:The visibility of published Performance feedback forms is limited to only the related employee, their direct line manager and account administrators, as these are seen as confidential information saved for the discussion between an employee and their direct manager. I would suggest to make this visible for indirect managers as well. In our company, managers who manage managers/supervisors support them in doing performance management withinin their team. It would be great if they would have access to their indirect reports as well. For example: Our Customer Service Manager has a team of 3 Teamleader (direct reports). Our teamleaders have teams of +/- 8 Customer Service Agents (indirect reports). It would be great if our Customer Service Manager could access the performance review of the Customer Service Agents as well.

Happy New Year to allI do have a short question. I created a performance review self-assessment template and assigned it to a test employee. When proxying to this employee I cannot see a task in its dashboard. Only if I select the tab ‘Performance’ the open form shows up. Do I have a chance to trigger a notification or how does the employee in question learns about the open task?Many thanks for your help and bestBarbara
Hi,I have finally gotten many of our users to use Performance tab. But 90 % of them put their ready made text quickly to the first box as they just want to get it done quickly. As a result, the text goes in the box that is only visible to themselves. How can I remove this box, as it causes more trouble to us than benefits? We would only want to have our own questions visible.Edda
Hi! Is there an updated tutorial/article about the new Performance tab? I have been struggling with the goals since it changed. For example, someone wants to insert as a goal “English writing”, but someone else have too. The first person set it as a quantitive target, while the second person wants to create it as a qualitative one, but can’t, because there’s already an existing goal created with that name. Would it be possible to not save the goals? Meaning that you can only create a new goal, not choosing from previous ones. Also, I am not sure I am using it correctly. Should it be as following?Thanks a lot.
