Hi there, I’ve been using the Last Login report as we just rolled out in head office this week and I want to see who has successfully accessed the system. One person appears on the Last Login report as having logged in on Tuesday but has since reached out to me saying that he hasn’t been able to login and needs help with his MFA setup. I need to know if the report includes attempted logins or just successful ones.
Hi, Is there a way to add the attribute “Termination type” to a report? I would need to distribute this in a leaver report I need to create. Until now I have not been able to find a way to include that. Thank you for sharing best practice for this matter. RegardsCarina
Hi, An employee is currently on parental leave and not reflected in the FTE report, that´s fine. He is coming back in two month and his profile is already updated (status “active” & date), but he is not reflected in the FTE report for the respective month is an active employee and should count again as 1 FTE. Did someone of you were facing the same issue already? Thank you for any supportCarina
Hi,I have three questions related to pull reports from Personio.Source - can we do a custom source and then download a report? For example, add a headhunting company as a source and later download a report and see how many candidates were hired and sourced from these headhunters? Offer Acceptance – we would like to pull a report on how many accept and decline our offer, is this possible? Hiring speed- can we see how fast candidates move from phase to phase and not only from application to acceptance? For example, we would like to have to possibility to compare departments and how fast they are with reviewing candidates etc. Thank you!Best,Linn
Is it possible for personio to automatically generate a specific report and automatically send it to a specific employee? For instance if the finance manager needs a headcount report each month, but we do not want that person to have access to reporting, can we arrange it so that a report is automatically generated on the 1st of each month and sent to that person?
Hi,Does anyone else have troubles entering dates in calendar/date field in custom reports? Specifically, for the report type - Historical Data.My teammates and I have had a lot of trouble entering the custom dates for a wider range of time beyond the suggested Dynamic Date options. As shown in my screenshot - we wanted the historical data for the period from 2018 to 2022 which we only were able to enter after many many attempts with no real structure or reason other than luck and patience. Attempts:When I click into the calendar box it does not allow me to select a date so far apart because it has this tendency to require all the days in between to be highlighted. So when 01.01.2018 is selected the end date is automatically readjusted to a shorter range (1 month) When I click on the actual date box to type in the date manually. The box keeps closing with the press of any key. Eventually this is the only way to get the specific dates we want. But must make many attempts to enter one n
Hi All,I have a question, or you can share the best practice that you follow in your organisation to keep track of the following:I would like to know how you keep track of the employees who moved from Intern/working students or third-party contractors to full-time positions. This might help keep track of transfers or for reporting purposes.Regards,Gulshan Bangera
Is there any way for external collaborators not to be counted in the headcount that appears on the admin dashboard and in the reports? We work with some collaborators who have access to Personio to do some tasks but they are NOT employees and they always appear as such even though their profile specifies that they are external collaborators and have a limited role permission. As they are counted as employees the data in the reports are not accurate.
Dear Personio team, I had a deeper look into the “Hiring Speed” report and I found the time to hire calculation a bit confusing. In the definition it says: “Average time from application date to the hire date (date of candidate acceptance).” I have three more questions on thisAre you tracking the acceptance by the date where the application is moved from offer to acceptance or by the date where an actual employee profile is created for a new hire? I was wondering why the Job Opening / Job Position is not considered compared to the date of application: when I look at the time to hire I want to know how long it really takes to get a hire for a certain position/opening. Are there any plans to extend the metric to also account for a potential time lag between “need for a new hire arises” and “right application comes in”? Especially in Germany we have a standard notice period of 3 months, therefore we are also aiming to track the time to fill (meaning the duration from application to actua
Hi everyone, I was wondering if that is a way we can export the calendar view absences from Personio directly to an excel document?I can export a version of the absences from payroll but it could help us to have the calendar view as we have it in Personio exported to excel. Can anyone help me with it?
We request and ability to create reports where historical data of employees cost centers and changes that have been made during the year are visible.Currently we can only draw reports of employees current cost-center and the last change made, but not have reports that show what cost-center the employee had for each month, when the changes were made and what was the previous setting for each employee at a given time. - This is the data we would want in the report.Drawing this kind of report of changes in cost-center distributions help tracking head count changes.
So there is this bug with custom reports with historical data getting broken if for example a team is no longer existing. The fix would be to at least include a team_id in the report, or simply not to delete the teams but just to mark them as deleted. Otherwise the historical data and reports are useless as sometimes it shows data, and sometimes it doesn’t.
Good morning all!I’m having an issue with the custom reports. We use a custom report to show the FTEs per cost center once a month (and any changes compared to the prior month). However, I just noticed the following issue:If the employee status filter is set to “active on chosen day”, employees that are currently in the onboarding phase will not show up on the reports until their status is set to active. This sounds logical on the surface, but if you pull a custom report for e.g. the end of December, employees that are currently (June) in onboarding will not show up even though by then they’ve been out of onboarding for a while. How about you set the employee status filter to “all” and add a custom filter to put “Status not equal to Inactive”?Good question and would be a good workaround, except by changing it to “all”, the report no longer looks at the employee’s status on the chosen day, it takes all employee’s statuses as of today in determining which employees to show on the report.
