Hola, quiero configurar la aprobación de la jornada para que haya algunos supervisores que puedan aprobarla, y otros que no.He creado un rol a parte, que es el de los supervisores que no van a aprobar jornadas (supervisor ingeniería), y tengo el rol de supervisor que viene por defecto. Me gustaría saber si poniendo en la configuración que aprueben los empleados con rol supervisor y dejando sin aprobar al rol de supervisor ingeniería, los supervisores aprobarán solo los registros de la gente que tienen en su equipo, o la de todo el mundo.Gracias
Dear community, Do some of your employees cringe at the thoughts of their colleagues being reminded of their birthday, while others love it? Personally, I love it, but here’s what you can do in your Personio account to cater for both! Create a new Attribute Go to Settings > Employee Information. Choose a section of your choice (e.g Personal Info, if All employees have the ‘View’ - ‘Own ‘and ‘All’ access right) and click on Add Attribute. Choose the ‘List of options’ attribute type with Yes/No options for your employees to answer. Here’s an example below; Ensure that the ‘Birthday’ date attribute is in a section which All employees have the ‘View’ - ‘Own ‘and ‘All’ access right in Employee Roles settings. You can update this attribute to only show the Date and Month; Create Access Rule Go to Settings > Employee Roles > All Employees > Calendar Click on the Birthdays drop-down field and select Custom > Edit Custom Rules. Hi there, I tried to make a reminder for the end date of a work permit. I want to make sure that every individual employee receives a notification 4 weeks before the end date of their work permit. I have two questions: Does this look like the right set-up? Only the employee should receive this notification of his/her own expiring work permit. Not from everyone else’s. Since all employees have visibility access to only their own ‘work permit end date’ attribute, I figured this should work. After setting the reminder, it disappeared a few days later. Hey Community I have a question:How can I setup an approval workflow for a specific field in the Public Section?Meaning I have a field called Hiring Manager and I want a specific employee role group to approve changes in this specific field only, not in the entire Public Section.is this possible? HiWe have several employees that need to send their absence requests to 2 managers (as they have dual reporting lines). What are the options as it does not seem obvious? I have added a rule whereby it goes to one, then the next. However I want it to go to both at the same time. thanks
Hello,How can we exclude people from the approval workflow? Generally the direct supervisor has to approve vacations from everyone but this shouldn’t be applicable for our founders, which are not having a supervisor. But when they are entering their vacation days there is still an approval by the supervisor required. How can we change this setting? Best regardsSabrina
Dear Personio Support Team,Would be possible to limit the access to the Employees Details by the Administrator? Is saw a question already about notes. But in my humble opnion as an IT admin I also feel I have no business in Salary information. And I think there may be more details that as an IT admin I should have no access to.The simplest way would be to duplicate the admin Role and disable functions that IT should not have access to. But I noticed that Duplicating the Role of Administrator does not copy it’s access rights.What is needed is a role that can perform all tasks but is restricted to view or edit sensitive employee details. D.h. wenn sie zum Bereich Einstellungen gehen, dann taucht dort nicht “Performance & Entwicklung” auf, um dort z. B. Formularvorlagen bearbeiten zu können. Das ist aber extrem wichtig für uns. Hey!Is it possible to see previous/past approvals that a supervisor or admin has approved? For example:If an employee has requested a paid vacation, and in order for the vacation to be approved it has to go through their supervisor and another HR admin, is it possible to see whether the first approver has already approved the request?
Hi community! I have a question - when I look at my dashboard I can see reminders on sick day approvals, address changes etc. I have the HR Manager role with nearly any access box ticked and I am also administrator. Now is it possible that my two collegaues can not see those notifications because they are not administrators? Is it not possible to gain this kind of access right without being admin ? Hello! We are looking to update our absences approval workflow to go to both the supervisor and HR team. When looking at the approval workflow, it appears “For each step the responsible employee(s) will have to confirm the request before it is passed on to the next level.” Is there a way for the requests to appear and be approved by both the supervisor and HR team at the same time?
Hi,What access rights do I need to give to our IT department and supervisors so that they can see new employees before their hire dates? Our IT department uses some employee information from Personio to create new users and supervisors need to acces their reports so that the can complete their to-dos.Thanks in advance!Best,Emma
Hi Personio Community! My team are using attendance tracking for timesheets for each day. I have set it up so that they input their project against each day. I have also set up the default approval step for attendance submissions to go to me (selected as a Specific Employee). However, whenever they complete a timesheet and save the entry it shows as approved rather than pending and I never receive an approval request. Any ideas on how to stop this automation and allow me to approve the submissions? Thank you!
Dear community,As a result of our last poll, we want to share with all of you some best practices for reminders! In Personio, you can set up different kinds of reminders. You can set up reminders for specific employee roles, personal reminders, or reminders linked to a specific employee. Reminders for specific Employee Roles: You can add them for all Date type attributes via the employee roles. You can choose between a Reminder (automated expiration) or a Task (no expiration).Some examples of how you can use reminders for roles are: Reminder to All Employees role > Birthday of all employees every year on that day. Reminder to HR Manager role > Probation period end date of all employees 6 weeks before Reminder to HR Manager role > Hire date of all employees 1 week before Reminder to Supervisor Role > Next absence of employees directly reporting to me 1 day before.
