I need assistance setting up access rights for a manager in Personio. Here's the situation:

Team Visibility: I would like the manager to see all employees in the system but have additional visibility over employees specifically assigned to their team. How can I configure this in Personio?

Access Rights: What specific access rights should I assign to this "Team Manager" role to ensure they can view and manage the absence and attendance calendars of their assigned team members?
