Hi all, I'm trying to retrieve custom reports created using Report Builder via API, but it seems only Classic Builder reports are accessible—any idea why?

I’m sorry, that’s something I do not know. But an alternative is always to open a ticket directly to Personio, it might be something technical. :-)


Hi, we have the same problem. Only “old ”classic Reports are accessible via API

 


It feels like the Reports / Analytics overhaul hasn’t been completed. It seemed like it was going in a new direction, the Dashboard reports were all added, but now there are variations between accounts/users with regards to who can access which reports (we have both ‘Legacy Custom Reports’ and ‘Saved reports’ available).
