Hi all,

Question about the reports & analytics section. I’ve created a few custom reports as an admin and thought that the other admins would have access to them as well. Turns out, that they actually don’t and I have to share the reports individually with them. But even then, they only get viewing rights and can’t edit the reports.

Is there any way admins can have direct access to all reports created? Or if not, I could share them with edit rights?

This is a great question, and definitely would make sense to have the ability to create shared ‘Admin’ reports. Following with interest as I don’t think it’s currently possible either….

I’ll be honest, I don't feel like the Reports section is fully functional at the moment, it feels like it’s stuck somewhere between the ‘old’ system and the updated one, with weird functionality across both Legacy and new reports.

Actually yes, I agree with you ​@HRJoy! I couldn’t pinpoint what was bothering me but it makes sense what you say. Thanks for sharing this 😊

​@SabbuSchreiber ​@HRJoy at the moment, sharing reports is possible for “view”-mode, that’s right. However, we are planning on expanding the sharing options, esp. also for the new report builders, that will include edit rights after sharing. We plan on having this live in Q3, but still need to invest some development efforts into this functionality.

Overall, the goal is to move all functionalities that the current classic report builders offer + more, into the new report builder. Sharing options for reports with edit rights will be on the menu as well. :)
