How can you share reports such as Headcount/FTE with others inside the tool?

Hi everyone,

as of the transition to new Analytics, we are facing a major pain point - crucial reports for HR/Finance controlling have been discontinued (legacy system Headcount/FTE reports). When I create the report which was in our small organization regularly used by 10+ employees, I cannot find the way to share it with the others that have relevant access rights to view this type of employee data. Has anyone figured this out?

If those 10+ employees have to each create the same report for the same purpose, that is a major loss of time. And even worse, if the same needs to be done by the HR team that works on the same topics and needs the same reports.

I brought this up with our account manager, it seemed to be an oversight when releasing the new analytics platform and the share option should be back soon (as well as the delete!) But for now you’ll either need to use the classic builder or use Nathan’s work around

Just here to add a ‘+1’ to this question - we have the same issue!

With the previous (legacy) Reports, you could share them so that others in the business could access them. That functionality seems to have disappeared with the new reports - please can we have this back? Or is it possible, but just in a way that’s less obvious?

If you have the brand new Personio, you are balt ot share report within the Metrics tab. 
But that is possible only for the admins currently. 

A workaround I’m using now, if someone needs a report, I log myself in their profile and build it with their profile. Definitely not ideal, espeially if you have to share it with multiple people .. But it does work !
