Hi,

for the end of probation feedback and we want supervisors to use the “Request Feedback” function to ask peers or other stakeholder to evaluate the new joiner.

We have created a specific feedback form for probation feedback from peers.

Is there a way to assign this form for completion when requesting the feedback or for the peers to select the specific form when completing the task?

To achieve this, ensure the second toggle in the form (“Use this form as the default form for requested feedback”) is enabled.

 

When this toggle is on, the form will automatically be used for all feedback requests (whether about oneself or someone else). Users won’t be able to choose a different form in these cases.

For unsolicited (proactive) feedback, this form will be preselected by default, but users will still have the option to select another form if needed.
