I’m looking to create a streamlined workflow in Personio for managing employee training requests. Ideally, the workflow would include:

Employee submits a training request (through Personio or a form integration)

Approval flow – involving the direct manager and HR

Cost tracking – linking costs to the employee profile and budget overview

Automatic update to the Personio Training tab upon approval
-
Digital Training Cost Agreement – sent to the employee for e-signature once approved
Would love to hear how others have approached this, especially around automation and integration for smooth processing. Any best practices or tips would be appreciated!
