I’ve encountered a technical issue with the performance feedback cycle I created for our Customer Success Team.
After completing a test run and filling in all the feedback forms (peer review, self-assessment, manager review, etc.), I noticed that when I view feedback as the manager, the system displays incorrect reviews for team members. For example, when I check feedback for one employee, it sometimes shows the self-review or peer review of a different person. The issue seems inconsistent—sometimes clicking again helps, but often the logic is incorrect.
