Hello all, I hope someone may be able to help me :) I recently scheduled a performance review cycle to launch on October 22nd (today) and it is still reflected as “Scheduled” and not “Live”. Have I missed a step? Employees have not received any notifications to start reviews. I can’t see anywhere that I may need to change settings. Please let me know! Thank you.

Thanks for reaching out! I’m Milan, PM for the Performance app team at Personio.

Could you confirm if the cycle is still marked as “Scheduled” or if it has launched? Our scheduling system uses the earliest start date for cycle activities (e.g., manager review, self-review) to trigger the launch, and all dates are calculated in UTC - which might explain the delay.
