Hi there,

 

Performance ratings are available, I activated and configured them but they do not show up in my manager form? Also according to the Personio chatbot I can add several of them in one form so I can assess our people on various themes and topics.

 

Please assist.

Hi ​@jorgvgaal , happy to see that you’re exploring Performance Ratings! I’m Milan, the PM for the Performance product here at Personio.

Once you’ve set up or updated your Performance Ratings definitions, you can include them in your cycles by enabling the toggle during cycle creation. This ensures the ratings appear when managers write their reviews. You can see how the manager form will look like with the rating attached by clicking the eye icon for manager reviews in the side panel (see screenshots below).

Once enabled, the ratings are going to show at the end of the Manager review, below the rest of the questions. 

At the moment, ratings are only available for manager reviews, but we’re actively exploring the possibility of extending this to self-reviews in the future. That said, this isn’t on the immediate roadmap.

Just a quick note: only one rating can be enabled per cycle. Thanks for catching and flagging the incorrect information from the chatbot - appreciate it.

I read on Voyager and your AI chatbot that it can be used for various sections in one form but it seems that not (yet) the case.
