With the new look and feel the celebration widget does not show any upcoming birthdays.
What is the problem?

Hi - I believe this could be to do with the Permissions you have for Employees. If they don’t have visibility of any birthdays, they won’t appear in the celebrations box on the home page.

Before the change of look and feel, so last week there was no issue with this.
Now it does not work.
How could access rights have anyting to do with that?

Ah - we didn't previously show birthdays, so from that perspective it hasn’t changed for us with the new design.
Might be worth just double-checking the permissions around birthday visibility anyway, just in case a system-wide restriction was made default, as part of the new look/functionality?

I cannot grant rights for visibility of birthdays only,
Have to do for the whole section HR information which I do not want to do.
How come it was working before and now it is not anymore.
Any suggestions to make upcoming birthdays for colleagues visible?

You could maybe move the ‘date of birth’ attribute to a different section of the employee profile, which is already visible to all employees?
I don’t know what has been changed behind the scenes to make this info hidden for you on the new home page.
