Hello,

I have tried several ways to talk to an account manager and no one is replying. Please get someone to answer to me. It’s crazy that it’s almost impossibe to get in touch with your account manager in no time. You need to improve your access points to your accounts managers.

I still cannot get in touch with anyone.

While following the process on this page (https://support.personio.de/hc/en-us/articles/5659436229277-Help-Feedback), still nothing happens! 

And there is not anymore the possibility to request a call back.

Can you please put me in touch with the person managing our account? I’m runnng out of patience here.
