Hi all,
For the past few weeks, we've been experiencing severe issues with the Personio platform. It frequently freezes, and in many cases, pages remain completely blank (see attached screenshot), making the tool essentially unusable.
We’ve tested this across multiple browsers, including Google Chrome and Safari, with the same result.
Do you have any idea what might be causing this issue?
P.S. – If any Personio support staff are present here: we've already reported this several times through official channels but have yet to receive a response.
