Hello Personio Support,
We’ve encountered a template issue on our career page: our “About the Role” section is present in the editor and active modules but never appears in the preview or live site. At the same time, the “About You” section renders twice even though only one module is enabled. We’ve verified module settings, field mappings, and tested plain text inputs—all to no avail. This looks like a Personio-side error. Could you please investigate and advise on a fix?

Otherwise I would recommend opening a personio ticket within the platform to get direct support from them. Or maybe

+14Have you submitted a ticket over the the “Get help” and “Contact us” section?
It may take a few days but I always get a response from them.
