Hi everyone, We invited all our members yesterday and they all received the mail. But today while willing to open the mail and finish registration, the mail wasn't anymore in the inbox. Hi everyone!I’m fairly new to the world of HR, and just finished implementing Personio! Was wondering if anyone had any tips to share with me regarding introducing Personio to their fellow employees? I have all the resources from Personio, such as this article: https://support.personio.de/hc/en-us/articles/209984985 but I’m more wondering about what people have done (the messaging or announcements) to get everyone behind adopting a new system.In my past experience, people are quite resistant to change, unless you can package it in a way that they feel like it will benefit them, so I’m curious to how everyone else has done it. I only get one chance to introduce this system / get everyone on board, and I’d like for the transition to go smoothly!Any tips are welcome! Thanks!Chantal

Hi Community 👋 I initially shared this as a workaround to a fellow Personio Community member in a comment of an existing post and @Daniele suggested it might be more visible as an individual post in case others find it useful. So here it is :)The described steps below cover the topic on how to enter something like "Supervisor notes" for regular one on ones, additional comments etc. with custom access to all relevant stakeholders (supervisor, HR, employee etc) while also having the historical records for past enties via the "Custom reports" sharing option. 1. In employee profile we create a section for supervisor notes. This section can contain text boxes, date when the note is written, the name of the person who wrote it, etc. 2. Edit access to this section is given to the supervisor only for example, this should be customized through roles. For any others you feel are needed like HR or the employee you can assign view rights or, if you choose so, hide it completely. 3. Supervi
Currently, in order to share information with an external collaborator you have to create a profile like any other employee and rescind their permissions. It would be very useful if these people had a different profile with basic information (email, name of the contact person, phone number, person within the organization with whom they are working directly...) in the documents section the collaboration agreement and a section for service costs instead of payroll. This would imply that they would not appear in the organization chart, or that the system would count them as one more employee in the total number of employees because it leads to confusion.

Hi! My coworker is working with a new mobile phone. This means that we should also be able to install the MFA/2FA authenticator on this mobile phone. For Personio we've noticed it is a bit more difficult to get the authentication working on her new mobile phone. We also noticed that it is only possible to log in, in Personio, with the authenticator app of Google.Will it the future also be able to log in via the authentication app of Microsoft? And do you perhaps have a instruction how my collegue could have the log in of Personio in her authenticator app on her new mobile phone up and running again? You have to map your matrix company structure in Personio so that every manager can access the relevant employee data of their project teams and groups independently?
