When a new employee is setting up their Personio account is there a way to restrict the language options to a default language of English? Instead of all 19 language options.

Dear @kavanelli

When setting up a new employee's Personio account, you can select a default language for the company's Personio account, such as English. This default language will be what employees see when they are first invited to Personio. However, employees have the option to change their personal language settings to any of the available languages in Personio, which includes 19 language options. Therefore, while you can set English as the default language, employees can still choose to change their language preference individually . Please see relevant Personio article here: https://support.personio.de/hc/en-us/articles/115005034909-Customize-what-employees-see-in-their-Personio-accounts

I hope, it helps :-)

Thank you for this, really helped.  Our HR team didn’t want to give the option for the user to change their language.

I’m really happy with the answer.

Have a great day.
