I can’t set role reminders anymore even though I had this option several weeks back. I was able to select the reminder type (eg. birthday) and generate an ical link.

The existing documentation is incorrect!

What is the way to set reminders now?

The Role reminders are still possible within the employee role settings:

Regarding the ical link, I actually haven’t heard of that before. All reminders come to my Inbox and I’ve set myself email notifications for those as well.

Unfortunately I am not seeing the “Reminders” tab. Any idea what the issue could be? 

 


Huh, that’s a very good question! I’m not sure about that one. Normally I’d say this is an access right thing but as you’re an Admin yourself I don’t know. 😅 I’m sorry, that might be something for the support then.

In the meantime, is there another solution for reminders? I want to set up reminders for a co-worker who is taking care of employee gifting to get a reminder notification when its someone's birthday or employment anniversary and they would need to be notified a couple of days before the actual day. Not quite sure how I can set up a notification on someone else’s behalf. Any help or tips would be much appreciated!
