The Role reminders are still possible within the employee role settings:

Regarding the ical link, I actually haven’t heard of that before. All reminders come to my Inbox and I’ve set myself email notifications for those as well.

Unfortunately I am not seeing the “Reminders” tab. Any idea what the issue could be? 

Huh, that’s a very good question! I’m not sure about that one. Normally I’d say this is an access right thing but as you’re an Admin yourself I don’t know. I’m sorry, that might be something for the support then.

In the meantime, is there another solution for reminders? I want to set up reminders for a co-worker who is taking care of employee gifting to get a reminder notification when its someone's birthday or employment anniversary and they would need to be notified a couple of days before the actual day. Not quite sure how I can set up a notification on someone else’s behalf. Any help or tips would be much appreciated!
