I worked for a company which has gone bankrupt. I need my payslips so that I can get unemployment.
I can log into personio, and I can see my payslips listed, but I can’t download them. I get an insufficient rights error.
Asking for help from the bot ends up at a point where it tells me to contact my personio administrators. However, the company is bankrupt, and they are gone.
Is there any way to get someone at personio to help me?
