Hi all,

For the past few weeks, we've been experiencing severe issues with the Personio platform. It frequently freezes, and in many cases, pages remain completely blank (see attached screenshot), making the tool essentially unusable.

We’ve tested this across multiple browsers, including Google Chrome and Safari, with the same result.

Do you have any idea what might be causing this issue?

P.S. – If any Personio support staff are present here: we've already reported this several times through official channels but have yet to receive a response.

Thanks for your post.

Could you double-check that you are using a recent version of Google Chrome? We only support the latest two versions at any given time. Additionally, please ensure that no firewall rules or security settings are blocking or interfering with Personio.

If you have submitted a support ticket, please note that we are currently experiencing a high volume of requests, which may result in longer-than-usual processing times.

Thanks a lot for the rapid reply. We are using the latest browser version but maybe it is related to security settings on our end, so will check it out! But I found it surprisingly as it never occurred previously and now it is almost a daily occurrence.

Noted on the support, but to give you some timeline ideas - we’ve been since 3 working weeks without an answer. That is simply way too long in my opinion and hopefully it will be improved.
