Unique email address error

Hello,I’m trying to update an employee’s profile, but when trying to save the information I get the following message “Add a unique email address -- this one already belongs to another person.” even though there’s no other employee with the same email address.The email currently in the profile has a blank space at the end which I believe is influencing this, but I get this error either when saving with the space or when trying to remove it. Is there a way to avoid this or have this fixed? There are many data points we want to update but we can’t do anything as this error keeps showing up. Thanks for any help around this!

Personio Mobile App seems broken - anyone else?

Hi there, I tried to launch our Personio App to some senior managers, but can now it takes me to a german version of the Desktop app. Is this a change or a weird routing issue? Have tried rebooting and signing in again, but it says I already have an account, so can’t do anything. there doesn’t seem to be somewhere in the “Find Answers area on the desktop for the Mobile App, so asking here. The default language is English, but some sections and attributes are in German. How can this be changed?

Hi! I changed the default language to English, but many attributes and steps in onboarding (which cannot be changed manually) are in German. I saw that there was a similar topic a few months ago. Is there a solution to this problem now?

Changing order of people in org chart

Does anyone know how to change the order that direct reports appear in the org chart? They seem to be arranged by default in alphabetical order based on the surname which makes sense but isn’t what I’d like to see. I have a colleague with 4 direct reports working on 2 projects. He would like them grouped by project. The article about org charts mentions dragging and dropping employees but I think this is more to navigate around the org chart, it doesn’t seem to let me move them within the org chart. Is there a way to do this?

"Out today": make "All employees" as default

Hi,The Out today on Personio Dashboard has changed and I can only see the people in the same Group as myself as default. I see everyone by clicking “all employees”.For larger companies this is maybe a good change, but for us (under 100 employees) it was very good to see everyone on the list. We would want “all employees” as default or then the possibility to choose which option is the default view.Is this possible somehow?Edda/Finland

Restrict Personio API Access to Department

Hello community!Currently I am managing a team of 11 developers in a company which employs 64 people.My company recently migrated our time tracking software from TimeTac to Personio.I am keen to automate time reporting using the Personio API as part our internal KPI reporting.However, my company has informed me that the Personio API is not able to restrict usage of the API to a specific department. This means, if I as development team lead were to gain access to the API, I would have access to everyones personal data in the entire company.Is this really the case? Or, to phrase another way,Is it possible that I as a department lead, am able to use the Personio API to access data and generate reports ONLY for the members of my department?Thank you very much!

Default company currency overrides office ones - how to fix?

Hello,I am facing a challenge with the office setup. We have offices in different countries that use different currencies. The company default is EUR. When I try to edit the other offices, I select a different currency, but after I click save, it reverts back to EUR (Company default). I tried changing the company default to something else, but then the same issue appears - I can’t put EUR anywhere now, it just reverts to whatever is the company one.I tried doing the same edits after clearing the cache, and in incognito mode - the issue persists.Could you please advise how to resolve this.Best,Stefan

Upgrading Plan not allowing me to do so.

Hi there, I need to urgently upgrade our plan and have followed the steps under plan & billing. Unfortunately, I do not see any payment option allowing me to upgrade so nothing is happening. Hi,Is there a possibility to combine two (or more) requests in one - attach additional related requests/tickets together to an initial request which was received as first? I know there is an option to create a “project” putting together several requests and have several team members assigned to it, but I have in mind one topic that is being discussed between the same requestor and one of the experts (a simple request, not a project as such).
