I issued an employee with an invite to join Personio.
They cant seem to gain access.
It seems they are not receiving the security token by email. This is after them checking their spam folder etc.
Any advice much appreciated

The best process for login issues would be to have your Account Owner reach out to our support team via Find Answers. They have the ability to look into our Mail Provider and check on the deliverability of these emails and ensure no blocks have been made.
They will be able to help you to a quick solution on this, so kindly send in the request.
