Hi there,
We ask our managers to conduct a probationary review using a template which is in Personio. The template can be chosen once a review cycle is set up.
This makes no sense for the probationary period, ad there would need to be a cycle for each new hire.
Is there a way to pull the template into the onboarding step in Personio that is set up?

In the Onboarding section you do have the possibility to upload a document, but there will not be an option to link the Feedback templates of Performance & Development here.
In case you don’t want to use the Cycles another possibility is to send the Probation review through “Give Feedback”, the supervisor will be able to select the Probation template.
In this other post you will find an explanation on how to use Give Feedback as an option to sent out the Probation Reviews.
I’ve looked for similar ideas in our ideation area , but couldn’t find one yet.
