Hi Personio Community,
We are currently exploring options for configuring remote absence approvals in Personio and would appreciate your insights.
Is it possible to set up a workflow where one single remote working day is automatically approved, while multiple remote working days in a row require approval from both the manager and the People Team?
Has anyone implemented a similar process or found a suitable workaround within Personio?

It is currently not possible to set the duration of a time off period or if individual consecutive days were requested as a condition for a workflow.
I can imagine that this might be also helpful to others depending on their internal policies.
I would encourage you to send this suggestion through the new ‘Give feedback’ feature directly in your Personio account. Submissions will be forwarded directly to the relevant product teams. You can find more information in this community post.
