After authenticating with Azure AD using oAuth, the next step should be automatic connection using SSO. Personio automatically performs the authentication without having to click the button "Login with oAuth"

Just a quick heads-up. the URL mentioned in the reply above (yourdomain.personio.de/oauth/authorize/) is no longer working and will return a 404 page since May 2026.
If you've bookmarked that link, please update it to: https://yourdomain.app.personio.com/
This is now (as of June 2026) the correct URL to access your Personio account directly.

Hi Xavier,
we are using OAuth as SSO (Google IAM) for Personio.
Our users do not have to login if they use the following link: https://yourdomain.personio.de/oauth/authorize/. Obviously this link is cryptic for normal users. To solve this, we have created a dashboard for all users with an overview of tools they can use. When they click on the “P&C Self-Service” (Personio) icon they are being directed to the link and forwarded directly to the system.
I am not sure if that also works for the Azure AD integration, but it might be worth a try.
